To provide trauma-informed, accessible mental health services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, fostering emotional healing, empowerment, and lifelong mental wellness.
One-on-one psychotherapy sessions, Trauma-informed clinical interventions, Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT, and mindfulness approaches, Behavioral health assessments, Telehealth, in-home, and clinic-based sessions, Care coordination with other providers
