EmpowerLink focuses on Adaptive Skills Training - the program is designed to support individuals in developing, improving, or regaining the skills needed for daily living, work, and social participation.
Our program provides personalized, evidence-based interventions to help clients enhance their independence and quality of life. Services include occupational therapy, adaptive skills training, community reintegration, enhancing life skills services, job training, independence focused training, community resource liaison
Target Population:
We serve children, adults, and seniors with physical, cognitive, developmental, or mental health challenges, including but not limited to:
· Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
· Cerebral Palsy
· Stroke Recovery
· Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
· Sensory Processing Disorders
· Developmental Delays
· Mental Health Conditions (e.g., anxiety, PTSD)
To empower neurodivergent individuals and those with learning disabilities by equipping them with adaptive skills training, fostering independence, and promoting meaningful community integration.
Through innovative training and personalized support, we help clients build necessary life skills, confidence, and capabilities needed to thrive in everyday life.
Specialized Occupational Therapy: Life skills training, adaptive skills development, goal-focused therapy, community reintegration, completing errands, and wellness enhancement. (ages 0-3 + adults of all ages)

Our program director manages the entire program including supervising Adaptive Skills Training Professionals - who will
supervise and hire to provide services (our AST Specialists).

Supervises the AST Specialists. Our Adaptive Skills Training Professionals design and implement adaptive skills training plans and
provides supervision to Adaptive Skills Training Specialists.
-AST Specialist: Various staff members
Trained and supervised under the program director and our Adaptive Skills Training Professionals, ASTS's facilitate the individual sessions, ensuring clients receive the highest level of care and support. These specialists assist in implementing life skills activities, coaching clients on coping mechanisms, and promoting independence through consistent, personalized support.
