Our program provides personalized, evidence-based interventions to help clients enhance their independence and quality of life. Services include occupational therapy, adaptive skills training, community reintegration, enhancing life skills services, job training, independence focused training, community resource liaison, job readiness, housing resources, resume building, interview coaching, and housing assistance, mental health referrals, linking clients to necessary support networks, anger management, lifestyle redesign, helping clients establish healthy routines and emotional regulation strategies.

Target Population:

We serve adults, and seniors who are recovering from addiction, incarceration, and homelessness and are experiencing developmental, mental health, and general life challenges.
